ONE: > 11:00 am – Remove starter from fridge/add flour/water – ferment 6-8 hours
TWO: > 6:00 pm – Make the dough – let rise 10-15 hours
THREE: > 6:00 am – 11:00 am – Steps 5,6,7 (Kneading)
FOUR: > Let rest for 30-60 minutes – preheat oven to 450 – continue with remaining steps
