My Latest Passion – Einkorn Sourdough Breadmaking. I am absolutely in love with making bread and all kinds of fermented foods. YES, it is time-consuming, but the results are so worth it. Front and center next to the bread is my latest batch of Kombucha “second fermented” with pureed organic berries.*

Opened today March 29th. So fizzy and yummy. Love.
*I purchase my berries from Costco. They come in a big bag and the mixture contains strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and cherries.
