YOU WON’T BELIEVE HOW DELICIOUS and KRISPY THESE ARE. Just wonderful. Easy to make.
TANNYRAW’S AWESOME RAW VEGAN CARROT ONION THIN BREAD
3/4 Vitamix full of Vidalia (sweet) onions wet chop* and measure out 1 1/2 cups, same with carrots only 2 1/2 to 3 cups, 1/2 cup chia seeds, 1 cup water, 1 TBSP Braggs Organic Sprinkle or Frontier Italian Spice. MIX then let gel the mix again. Do 4 TBSP at a time into thick patties (these will shrink). Dehydrate at 110 until dry enough to remove Teflex sheet then dry to desired bam-a-rific crispy existence! Serve as sandwich with romaine, tomato, and ‘MY LOVE IS ALIVE’ SAUCE made of: 2 1/2 cups celery, 1/4 cup black raisins, 3 TBSP lemon juice, & half an avocado.
Leave them in the dehydrator until they are as crispy as you like. I left them in over 2 hours. I use an Excaliber 9 tray Dehydrator.
*I do not do the wet chop on this recipe. I use my food processor and shred a bunch of carrots and onions at a time.
